Investors Seek to Limit Dependency on Dollar

Tuesday, May 1st, 2007

The continuing deterioration in the U.S. dollar has more and more investors realizing the advantages in holding a diversified portfolio including oversees investments to lessen their investment portfolio’s dependence on the fluctuations of the U.S. dollar (or any single currency). This new interest in overseas investments has been uncovering some very promising opportunities in countries like Romania, Brazil, Bulgaria and Spain. But these new opportunities bring with them new challenges formally unfamiliar to investors limiting themselves to local ventures.

Identifying this new trend and the need for assistance and information involving overseas investments, Bulgarian Dreams have developed a special one day seminar for investors interested in the many Bulgarian real estate investment opportunities. The seminar exposes potential investors to the Bulgarian real estate market getting a better understanding of the economic and political climate and the forces affecting the market. Investors get an overview of the current state of the property market and learn what is involved in purchasing property in Bulgaria including viewing actual projects in development.

The seminar also covers some more advanced topics relevant to any overseas property investment such as off-plan investing, planning and building a balanced property portfolio and assessing the value of real estate investment opportunities.
