Personalize Your System

Tuesday, July 17th, 2007

I recently purchased a new laptop and it arrived with Windows Vista Home Basic installed. I must admit I like the new operating system and it is a step up from Windows XP even though I don’t have the Professional version with Aero support. But no matter how sophisticated Microsoft makes their operating systems, they never seem to invest much in the screensavers that come with Windows. It’s always the same boring squiggly lines or marquee text. But if you really want to spruce up your computer you have to download a third party screensaver. The good thing is that once you go with third party screensavers you have literally thousands of cool options to choose from. One of the best sites offering free screensavers is available at http://screensavers.msnemotions.org. They have some really neat options to really personalize your computer with anything from breathtaking nature screensavers to a screensaver based on your favorite T.V. show. Why go with Microsoft’s limited selection if you could easily personalize your system the way you like it – all for free?
