We all try to budget our expenses and purchase only what we need or at least what our budget can afford (if you don’t work this way, you should go back and read some of our previous posts in order to set yourself on a budget schedule). But budgeting your money and shopping wisely isn’t just about refraining from purchasing things you don’t need. You can save a lot of money on your existing purchases simply by adopting certain smarter shopping habits. For one thing, you should always make sure to compare prices online before you shop. This is true for purchases you planed on buying offline but is also true about products you already planned on purchasing online. Just because you found a good deal on something at a certain site doesn’t mean you can’t get it cheaper elsewhere. The internet makes comparing prices so easy – use these capabilities to your advantage.
Another thing you can do to save money on your purchases is used online coupon codes. Just as most of us have become used to using coupon codes at the supermarket and other stores, there is a great potential for saving online by using digital coupon codes that can be entered at the checkout process of many sites. The savings from coupon codes typically range from free shipping on your order to a couple of percentages off your total. For instance, at the 4InkJets Coupons page available at deallocker.com you can find a 10% coupon code on any purchase or a 15% coupon code off compatible cartridges. The saving from these coupon codes can really add up. Make it a habit of visiting deallocker.com before any online purchase. There is a good chance you will find a coupon code for the site you want out of their huge database of free online coupons.

It’s been a turmoil time for the banking sector over the past few months. The sub prime crisis has not only put many banks at risk over their current loans, it has also affected many consumers and potential home owners. Overall, it doesn’t look like a good time for consumers applying for mortgages. On the one hand banks are trying to learn from their mistakes and are much tougher on lenders these days while on the other lenders are squeezed by higher interest rates. But you shouldn’t worry too much of the higher interest rates as long as you have an open contract which allows you to apply for remortgages in the future, thus opening the option of lower rates on future payments. Another thing to keep in mind is to make sure you apply for mortgage insurance.

Certain situations in life can catch us completely unprepared and without the proper tools to cope with them. I guess we should be glad in a way since that means we never had to go through it in the past but nonetheless these tend to be the most difficult situations as is. There is nothing worse than dealing with a drug addiction among a loved one with the devastating feeling that you are simply helpless and can’t provide them with the assistance and support they need.
The fact is that there are terrific drug rehab programs available and there are many organizations that are available for the sole purpose of guiding people through the tough process of drug rehabilitation and providing support for their families (or helping them provide the right support for their loved ones).
But we don’t always know how to find the drug addiction help when we need it and sometimes we can miss out on opportunities which can make a real difference simply because we don’t know who to turn to. That’s where Project Know comes in. Through their website (www.projectknow.com) they try to provide as much information as possible to help people get through drug rehabilitation as well as provide support for their families. The site is constantly updated with the latest news and more information that can possibly help is added whenever it becomes available. I hope this is a site you never will have to use, but it is helpful to know of in case you should require their help.

Have you heard about shogging.com? They are calling it the next generation of shopping. Well, I’m not sure about the next generation but they definitely did give online shopping and price comparison a new twist. Shogging.com have combined the online shopping experience with blogging by allowing anyone to blog on the site about the products for sale. But don’t worry, the blogging concept does not come at the expense of product selection or site capabilities. You can find over 20 million (!) products listed on the site in categories ranging from consumer electronics to Women’s Apparel.

There is a new service out by E-Pay which is creating a lot of buzz throughout the internet especially among international travelers and people who tend to send money abroad or who are supporting their family living in another country. The service allows E-Pay account holders to order special debit cards which can be used anywhere credit cards are accepted in over 190 countries worldwide. But what sets these cards apart other than being truly international (unlike most local debit cards) is the fact that you can completely control their budget using your online E-Pay account interface. They already have been giving the nickname “virtual wallet†since they are basically like a wallet where you can add money to, use and even discard of if you don’t wan to fill the wallet\card with more money anymore.
In fact you can order more than one card and simply keep the extra cards as spare and fill them up with cash whenever you need to. Many people who are supporting families abroad have discovered that these cards pose as a perfect solution for sending money to their loved ones back home. The unique part using these cards is that you don’t really have to send money internationally and therefore it is much cheaper, simpler and faster. Basically what people are doing is sending debit cards to their loved ones oversees and whenever they want to send them money they simply add funds to that individual debit card from their E-Pay account. This way their family members can use the card for shopping instead of cash or if they would like, they can withdraw the balance at any ATM machine.
The cards are also popular among travelers who don’t want to carry large amounts of cash with them and don’t want to risk loosing their credit card. They can simply fill the card with what they need and if they lose the card they can cancel its balance and use another one. You can sign up for an E-Pay account epay.vg. Debit cards typically take about 3 weeks to arrive by mail.
